The two-tier structure gives your cat two distinct spaces in one compact footprint. The upper tier is a corrugated cardboard scratching surface with a curved backrest — a flat, open perch your cat can lie across, claw into, and use as a lookout. The lower tier is a fully enclosed hideaway cave with an arched doorway entry, sized for most adult cats to enter, turn around, and settle inside with the security of an enclosed space above and around them.
The exterior panels are wood-grain finished — a warm honey tone that reads as small furniture rather than a pet accessory. The modular construction means the two tiers separate for cleaning or reconfiguration. Hanging ball toys are included on the lower level to maintain engagement between rest sessions.

What size cats does this fit?
The lower cave and upper scratcher are sized for cats up to 44 lbs / 20 kg. The arched doorway entry accommodates most adult cat breeds comfortably. Very large Maine Coons or Norwegian Forest Cats may find the entry snug — contact us before ordering if you have a very large breed.
Is the corrugated cardboard replaceable?
The corrugated cardboard top surface is integrated into the upper tier structure and is not sold separately as a replacement. With regular daily use, most cardboard scratchers last 3–6 months before showing significant wear.
Does the structure stay stable when cats jump on top?
The two-tier modular structure is designed to remain stable under normal cat activity — jumping onto the upper tier and entering/exiting the lower cave. Placing the unit against a wall adds additional stability on hard floors.
Are the hanging ball toys safe?
The hanging balls are attached to the interior of the lower cave by cords. As with all hanging toy accessories, inspect the cord attachment periodically and remove if any fraying or loosening is detected.
